Investigate potential foreign markets for sales of luxury Taylor Wimpey apartments in prime London locations, with a trial campaign starting in Hong Kong and UAE.
Our Insights team conducted an extensive Google Analytics analysis to establish the top ten countries to target through a Paid Search campaign. The PPC team then devised keyword lists and advertisement copy on the basis of contextual targeting strategies to engage foreign markets in the offering to secure high-value conversions. Development level remarketing campaigns were then expanded to include our target countries to ensure that users who had shown a strong level of engagement were re-engaged to encourage a conversion. The successful strategy was then replicated across further markets.
The campaign proved to be a success, outperforming set KPIs. Excellent results saw the campaign expanded into a further 5 countries, following the initial campaign generating 110 Paid Search conversions. Sessions also increased by 1,300% for UAE and 900% for Hong Kong.
