Client service is incredibly important at Space & Time. Each year The Drum Recommends collate the ratings submitted to their database that identify which agencies are the highest rated – all voted for by clients. These ratings are unique within the industry, and success can only be achieved by being held in high regard by our client base. Achieving a 9.8/10 score for Client Services is something we’re immensely proud of.

Keith Benzie said “Client service is my number one priority at the agency and our Drum Recommends score is something every person at Space & Time should be rightly proud of. The last 12 weeks have been extremely challenging but lockdown has also presented a unique opportunity to further cement important bonds with clients, to adapt and to open up lines of communication that may not have existed previously. The way the world works has changed immeasurably but the fundamental principles of delivering client service excellence remain unaltered; supportiveness, empathy and the will to go above and beyond have never been more vital.”
