We were delighted to hold the first ever Space & Time Media event in Edinburgh on 21st February. The event, entitled ‘Search, social and CRO: Smarter digital marketing for property professionals’ was held in the G&V Hotel on the capital’s George IV Bridge and saw 30 guests (including attendees from the developer sector, estate agents and fellow agency practitioners) gather for breakfast, networking and the chance to gain some valuable insights from the agency’s leading SEO, paid search and social media experts. In addition we had two guest speakers – from Google and Conversionarium – deliver some in-depth analysis and practical advice for the assembled audience.
Content included local Search Engine Optimisation and the benefits it can bring for search visibility, the role of paid search within the property marketing funnel and the best ways to use paid social to generate qualified leads. Cara McAuley, our guest speaker from Google, shared key industry trends and future insights and demonstrated how Google can help businesses find more customers, stand out in a crowded marketplace and maximise return on investment. Finally, Adrian Durow from Conversionarium showed how proper analysis and conversion optimisation can ensure marketeers get more from their websites.
The event was a great success and feedback following the event has been extremely positive with 90% of attendees surveyed rating the morning as ‘very helpful’ or ‘extremely helpful’. We thoroughly enjoyed showcasing some of our ‘smarter media’ strategies and plan to host similar events in future across all our regional offices. Watch this space for more information!
