Redrow Extends Relationship with Space & Time to Include Paid Search and Social

Ten months after Redrow Homes appointed  Space & Time to handle their planning and buying requirements across all of their regional businesses in the UK, we have now been appointed to handle the property developer’s paid search and social media marketing channels.

Redrow’s digital marketing manager, Warren Hamilton, said: “After a comprehensive review of our paid search and social media activity we invited a number of agencies to pitch. We are delighted to announce that Space and Time Media were successful in that process and will take on the planning and implementation of our paid search and social media campaigns. The added benefit of having all our media on and offline under one roof was a contributing factor in the appointment. Space & Time demonstrated a clear understanding of the job to be done and I’m excited by their pro-active thinking.”

The brief to Space & Time is to integrate this digital activity into existing marketing schedules while working with the team at Redrow HO to deliver a core strategy on driving quality response with increased efficiencies across all platforms. Performance metrics will be delivered via a bespoke cross-channel reporting structure and analytics with an element of attribution modelling built-in.
