Space Academy

Learning & development

At Space & Time we are committed to the development, progression and retention of our talent.

With that in mind we created the Space Academy. A dedicated team creating individual training plans for all our staff at Space & Time.

Our blended approach is delivered through a combination of in-house pioneer sessions, external courses and a subscription to one of the leading online platforms; LinkedIn Learning.

It is designed to offer training on a wide range of topics, delivered to our colleagues with varying levels of experience and expertise. The curriculum covers everything from the rudiments of media planning and buying to the intricacies of each of our specialisms. To support these hard skills we have included a variety of “soft” skills such as presenting and mindfulness in the workplace.

From day one, you will be following a structured programme of self-development which means you will have a clear pathway to success, with milestones and junctions planned for your growth along the way.

We are proud of our staff achievements and we think the best way to reward them of their loyalty is to ensure that we help them uncover more areas where they can increase their proficiency and achieve their full potential.
